Scope: New underground line from Green Park to Stratford via Waterloo, Westminster and London Bridge, including 11 new stations. Formed an independent multi-discipline team operating on behalf of the LUL Chief Engineer responsible for design compliance and completion. Succeeded within a politically tense arena, industrial disputes and across multiple contractual interfaces. Completed all necessary documentation in support of The Railways and Other Transport Systems (Approval of Works, Plant and Equipment) Regulations 1994. The 16km extension was opened in November 1999, ready for the Millennium Dome New Year celebrations.
