Dublin Metro North PPP

Phil Todd's Role: Philip was supporting the Cathró consortium bidding for the construction and maintenance of Dublin Metro North with particular responsibility for leading the multinational engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) tender.
Scope: A proposed Public Private Partnership. In 2007, Metro North was designed to be 18km long and expected to carry some 34 million passengers a year utilising 17 stations and linking the city centre with the airport, university and development area of Swords. Cathró was formed by Fluor, Siemens, BAM and Strabag and supported by Arup and Mott MacDonald.
